  1. 凡於2019年4月30 日購買任何一款PIX背包，皆享有免費本地上門送貨服務乙次。

  2. 本地及澳門送貨服務將交由「順豐速運」負責派送

  3. 每次只能填寫一個派送地點。我們目前只接受送往香港 (包括香港島、九龍、新界)及澳門境內的訂單。如有海外人士訂購， 請直接電郵至sales@gearplanet.com.hk 查詢詳情。

  4. 產品會於付款後大約3 個工作天送到本地指定地點， 澳門地區或有機會多1 個工作天運送時間。所有貨品將按計劃及盡我們最大能力交付，以「順豐速運」發出之送貨通知短訊為準。

  5. 如客戶因個人理由未能如期收貨，請自行聯絡順豐速運再作安排，順豐速運會收取額外行政費。如您未能於收貨日起 2 星期內再次安排收貨，本公司有機會因未能作出送貨安排而取消您的訂單並不作退款。

  5. If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly in order to make further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be reached multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.

  6. Customers can pick [ Self Pick up ] or [ Delivery Door-to-Door ]

  7. [ Self Pick Up ] :

            - We will send whatsapp message to customers when goods are ready to pick up at store

   8. [ Delivery Door-to-Door ] :

            - Please make sure the delivery address, contact person & phone number are all correct.

            - P.O.Box is not accepted as shipping address

            - Delivery service is not included the following areas: wareshouses, logistics centres, airport, container terminals, HKCEC, Asia World Expo

            - Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing order.

            - Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with SF Express by contacting their customer service directly.                    Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.

購買程序及付款方式:

  • 顧客可直接在網頁中選購PIX Backpack 或者選購 PIX Backpack 及充電器套裝，在選項中挑選顏色及數量，再點選「加入購物車」進入 PayPal結帳頁面

  • 顧客可以登入PayPal 帳戶或以訪客身份填寫正確詳細的資料及信用卡資料，完成後請點選「確認」及付款

  • 付款完成後，顧客將會即時收到由Paypal 發出的已付款帳單。當我們收到並查閱送貨資料無誤後的3 個工作天內送達貨件至顧客提供的收件地址

  • 所有信用卡付款都是實時處理，所有款項經過驗證核實，我們會立即處理訂單

  • 信用卡付款 ：MasterCard / VISA / UnionPay / American Express

換貨處理:

  • 網上付款後，恕不設任何退貨或退款服務。顧客必須於訂購前核對該產品資料(包括型號，價錢及規格)

  • 如顧客發現所貨品有任何既有瑕疵，損壞或缺損，客戶必須在收貨後十四天內以電郵方式：sales@gearplanet.com.hk 或致電 27903074 聯絡換貨安排

  • 收到我們的換貨通知後，請自行帶同要退還的產品、購買發票及付款證明到我們辦公室退換

  • 產品須連同原封包裝、配件、說明書及在〝簇新〞的情況下方可退換

  • 當產品其中的型號或顏色售罄或缺貨而未可更換，本公司將會選取其他顏色退還給顧客

  • 如中英文版本有翻譯差異，一切以中文版本為準

  • Customer can select PIX Backpack or select PIX Backpack + Powerbank Package, then decide the requested Quantity & color, and click “Add to Cart” direct to PayPal webpage

  • Customer should login or can be a visitor  to complete delivery details & credit card information, then click “confirm”

  • Once the payment is completed will be processed online immediately. Customer will receive a payment confirmation from Paypal, after the payment are verified, we will pack your order and deliver to your address around 3 working days.

  • Accept Credit Card: MasterCard / VISA / UnionPay / Amercian Express

  

Product Exchange Policy:

  • All items sold are non-refundable & non-returnable after the completion of payment procedures. Customers must verify all information (included model, price & specification) before placing order.

  • Request for product exchange will be accepted within 14 days of delivery, and goods must be returned in their original packaging & unused condition. Customers are required to present the original invoices & payment reference upon returning the goods in person, to our office address: Flat L,1/F, Phase 2 Kwun Tong Industrial Centre, 460-470 Kwun Tong Road (Mon-Fri 10:00 – 19:00)

  • Product that not in complete packing, accessories, user guide & not in good condition ; damaged, scratched, defaced or water damage will not be accepted for exchange

If the goods cannot be exchanged for the same color due to stock shortage, we will choose other color to exchange

  1. If there’s any inconsistency or conflict between English & Chinese version, Chinese version shall prevail
