本地及澳門送貨服務將交由「順豐速運」負責派送

每次只能填寫一個派送地點。我們目前只接受送往香港 (包括香港島、九龍、新界)及澳門境內的訂單。如有海外人士訂購， 請直接電郵至sales@gearplanet.com.hk 查詢詳情。

產品會於付款後大約3 個工作天送到本地指定地點， 澳門地區或有機會多1 個工作天運送時間。所有貨品將按計劃及盡我們最大能力交付，以「順豐速運」發出之送貨通知短訊為準。

- Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing order.

顧客可直接在網頁中選購PIX Backpack 或者選購 PIX Backpack 及充電器套裝，在選項中挑選顏色及數量，再點選「加入購物車」進入 PayPal結帳頁面

顧客可以登入PayPal 帳戶或以訪客身份填寫正確詳細的資料及信用卡資料，完成後請點選「確認」及付款

付款完成後，顧客將會即時收到由Paypal 發出的已付款帳單。當我們收到並查閱送貨資料無誤後的3 個工作天內送達貨件至顧客提供的收件地址

所有信用卡付款都是實時處理，所有款項經過驗證核實，我們會立即處理訂單

換貨處理:

Customer should login or can be a visitor to complete delivery details & credit card information, then click “confirm”

Once the payment is completed will be processed online immediately. Customer will receive a payment confirmation from Paypal, after the payment are verified, we will pack your order and deliver to your address around 3 working days.

Product Exchange Policy:

All items sold are non-refundable & non-returnable after the completion of payment procedures. Customers must verify all information (included model, price & specification) before placing order.

Request for product exchange will be accepted within 14 days of delivery, and goods must be returned in their original packaging & unused condition. Customers are required to present the original invoices & payment reference upon returning the goods in person, to our office address: Flat L,1/F, Phase 2 Kwun Tong Industrial Centre, 460-470 Kwun Tong Road (Mon-Fri 10:00 – 19:00)

Product that not in complete packing, accessories, user guide & not in good condition ; damaged, scratched, defaced or water damage will not be accepted for exchange
